30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all PitchForge paid plans. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at hello@fundforge.app with your order ID and we'll initiate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
Subscription renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of your current billing period. Renewal charges processed within the 30-day window of your most recent billing event are eligible for refund under the guarantee above.
Processing time
Approved refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
